Australian Montessori Training Institute (AMTI) regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Montessori Training Australia users and conforms to Internet privacy standards. In order to provide the best service possible while using the AMTI website, we may require certain information from you. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly regarding sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by AMTI is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail or directly through the website.
If you purchase a product from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Any details collected from AMTI customers is required in order to provide you with our products and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are entered, we simply pass them on in order to be processed by the credit card provider as required.
AMTI uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us here.
AMTI may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. AMTI does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
By enrolling in courses provided on this website, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you have selected under the course Enrolment Agreement.
You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online PDFs or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen.
You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if Australian Montessori Training Institute cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student decide to cancel within the 7-day money-back guarantee period, please note there is an admin fee of $275 (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur).

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of enrolment and access to the online course.
No refund of fees or release from financial commitment will be granted for the non-completion of studies.
Unlimited access means that your course access does not expire from the date you have enrolled for a period of 12 months. Therefore, as long as you are active any time during the 12 months period, your login and password will remain active so that you can access your course. The only exception to “unlimited access” is if the course is cancelled, updated, or changed. This will only happen if all students have completed the course.
